This Shipping Policy explains how Puchi Technologies handles the shipping and delivery of Puchi smart home products. We are committed to getting your products to you safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Zones

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states and Washington D.C. Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping time and costs due to location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Australia and New Zealand

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

2. Shipping Methods and Timing

Standard Shipping

  • Domestic: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: $9.99 for orders under $99, FREE for orders $99+
  • Carrier: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS

Express Shipping

  • 2-Day Express: 2 business days - $19.99
  • Next-Day Express: 1 business day - $39.99
  • Carrier: FedEx Express or UPS Express

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days - $29.99
  • Express International: 3-5 business days - $59.99
  • Carrier: FedEx International or UPS Worldwide

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indian holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM IST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-orders and backordered items may have extended processing times. We will notify you of any delays and provide updated shipping estimates.

Custom Configurations

Products requiring custom configuration or installation setup may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days.

  • The carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Our order tracking page
  • Email notifications with delivery updates

6. Delivery Requirements

Signature Requirements

Orders over $500 require adult signature confirmation for delivery. This ensures your valuable smart home devices reach you safely.

Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Prohibited Locations

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for large items requiring installation)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
  • Freight forwarding services
  • Countries with trade restrictions

Special Handling Items

Some Puchi products may require special handling or have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These items will be clearly marked during checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact us immediately at support@puchi.store
  3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. We will arrange for replacement or repair

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If still not located, contact us for assistance.
